Our document signing company, Vital Signing, Inc.®, was formed as a sole proprietorship in 1997 by our President, Cory Barber. In 2002, the company became a corporation. It was at that time that we purchased our Corporate office building in Riverside, California.

Today, Vital Signing, Inc.® provides superior nationwide loan document signing services throughout the continental United States as well as Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands.
