Notary Signing Agent Materials

Most states require that notaries public use a seal and keep a journal. Information about these is available both from the National Notary Association and every state's Secretary of State page. However, in an increasingly computerized environment, these are not the only key things a notary signing agent needs to have.

When you get started, it's good to invest on a good laser printer. Having the ability to print e-docs will generate a lot more business opportunity for you in the field. But before you look into getting a printer, look at our list! The printers listed are printers we know can handle the job.
